S and Box (Garry's Mod) is a successor to the famous multiplayer project, expanding the original mechanics. Players create their own levels and missions using a deep and highly customizable editor. The editor allows you to set goals and conditions, and then test them on live players. It’s convenient to test scenes alone and then invite friends. At your disposal are objects and objects from Half-Life, as well as many other models. You can set the map size and place the desired elements: monsters, characters, furniture, weapons, event trigger points and enemy spawn locations. In addition to monsters and weapons, vehicles and decorations are available. Models can be combined to create completely unexpected objects. The project repeats the mechanics of its predecessor, but introduces expansions and additions. Modes and servers live by their own rules, so on one site there is a role-playing game, and on the other - racing or construction. Servers maintain their own rules, so the genres are mixed here. The tools run on a modern engine, which has improved physics and graphics. The community creates modifications and publishes finished scenes. Physics allows you to build mechanisms and ride assembled vehicles. Modifications add weapons, cars and entire modes. For those who like to build and invent, this sandbox is suitable. The game is developing together with the community, and some of the content is transferred from previous projects. Experienced players publish sets with ready-made levels.
