Solar Expanse

Solar Expanse is an adventure through the solar system, where you will have to mine asteroid resources, move between planets and colonize them. Terraforming makes it possible to turn Mars into a green world. Asteroids serve as a source of metals, but their destruction requires preparation. The debris has to be collected before it is carried away. The launch pad is built by hand, and the rockets are assembled from parts. The player becomes the director of a space company at the beginning of the twenty-first century, and the goal is the extraction and development of neighboring worlds. The development of humanity has been observed over many centuries. Colonies are provided with air, water and food, and routes are calculated in advance. Supply disruptions are noticeable quickly. The teams live at bases, and their experience affects the speed of work. Resources are mined from asteroids that can be destroyed, and bases require supplies and protection. Planets have different conditions, so colonies are built differently. Terraforming changes the planet's climate and opens up new territories. The results are visible after decades of playing time. Some planets are suitable only for mining, and some are suitable for settlements. Economics and logistics play an important role, because flights take time. Updates add system body and technology. Seeing centuries of human history adds dimension. Cities grow, and technology replaces each other. Satellites and stations help keep order in the system. For those who love space strategies, this system is suitable. Updates add technologies and system objects. The community shares colony plans.
