Fans complained that defending was too difficult, but the developers did this deliberately: interceptions, tackles and changes made it more demanding to read the game. In Ultimate Team, a draft composition appeared - a quick mode in which one is chosen from random cards, and this has taken root in the series for a long time. Women's football received separate compositions, animations and even specific details such as different physics of impact and body work - the approach is noticeably different from the formal replacement of models. Goalkeepers have become more complex: a separate system works with them, taking into account reaction, growth and ability to play at the exit. Online fans appreciated the seasons and friendly matches, where you can gather a group and play by your own rules. The computer opponent has become smarter: the AI ​​no longer runs with the whole team after the ball, but plays positional attacks. The result is a neat, technical part, which is not as famous as its neighbors in the series, but is loved by those who value control over every touch.
