UEFA Euro 2012

UEFA Euro 2012 is the official simulator of the European Championship, which took place in Poland and Ukraine. The tournament itself is important here: the final part with real groups, rosters and schedules, as well as the qualifying cycle, where you can lead a team to victory that in reality did not make it to the championship. This structure allows you to replay the story according to your own scenario. The matches were made on the engine of the main series of that time, so the sensations are familiar: passing, body wrestling, set pieces and goalkeeper work. Additionally, details of the tournament have been added - the draw, stadiums of Eastern Europe, decoration in the colors of the championship and the sound of the stands with national motifs. In addition to the single-player path, there is a multiplayer part: you can play one match with a friend or arrange a local tournament in the evening. Short tests based on real episodes of the championship are especially appreciated, where the task is strictly formulated: to win back in the remaining minutes or to maintain the score. In addition to national teams, the game has a mode where you can go through the path of captain of the national team, starting with matches for the youth. Online matches support team play, and the tables are updated based on the results of real matches, although support for the project has ended over time. For fans of tournament football games, this is a neatly done release with no unnecessary details. Due to its compactness, the project is small in scope, but focused. For those who want to feel the atmosphere of a specific tournament, and not go through a long career, this format is better suited than universal football simulators.
