Trafic Road Rush is an arcade game about an endless highway, where it is important not so much to finish as to hold out. The flow of cars never ends, speeds increase, and any awkward touch sends you into a ditch or into a skid. The player has only one thing left to do: watch the gaps and have time to slip through. The modes are different and designed for different moods. There is a time trial, where every lost second is worth more than a lost coin, there is survival, where the main thing is how long you can avoid colliding, and there is free driving without pressure to get used to the controls and understand the behavior of the car when cornering. Between races you can improve the car: new tires and engine noticeably change the feeling, and at the first levels it feels almost like a change in the rules. There are also tables of results: it’s nice to compare your race with others’, even where the gameplay is simple. It is also worth noting that different cars behave differently: in some places acceleration is better, in others there is better stability when cornering, and this is especially noticeable on the first runs. Improvements are unlocked gradually, and their selection depends on how many races the player has already completed. The races are short, so losing is not annoying - you want to immediately take revenge, and this is the whole point of games of this kind. There are also different weather conditions: in rain, the road behaves differently than in dry weather, which means that the usual techniques stop working. This is not a race for realism: the graphics are conventional, the physics are lightweight. But the Trafic Road Rush honestly does what it promises - short reaction rides, where the whole point is to try again and not make a mistake.
