The necessary actions are suggested by the scenes themselves, not by the interface. The ending leaves room for your own interpretations. Some items have to be combined with each other, and this requires attention to detail. Scenes are presented in static frames. Items are picked up by the mouse and applied to the environment, and the notes found explain what's happening. The voices in the hero's head sound mixed with the noise of the hospital, and it is difficult to distinguish them. The soundtrack consists of droning sounds and rare notes that make you feel uneasy. Several chambers are connected by a common corridor with locked doors. Contents are intended for adults. The story deals with heavy topics and offers no easy explanations. The outcome depends on how carefully the player studied the chambers. The doctors' notes contradict each other and become even more confusing. The story does not directly explain what happened to the hero and leaves the ending open-ended. Each discovery brings us closer to understanding, but there are more new questions.
