Pro Evolution Soccer 6 is a part that is remembered especially well in the CIS, and not least thanks to the computer version, which lived on disks and mods for years. The game offered noticeably smarter artificial intelligence: the computer doesn’t just run after the ball, but looks for free zones and punishes breaks in the lines, so thoughtless forward passes have become a bad idea. The training mode turned out to be very useful: it covers techniques that are difficult to master during the match - playing at the wall, passing the ball to a partner, twisting passes. Goalkeepers act according to the rules and without unnecessary delays, and defenders do not rush into tackles for any reason, which makes defense more meaningful. In single-player modes, everything is familiar: Master League with the development of a club, the career of one football player and tournaments. Matches are played at a tight pace, where victory is built on controlling the ball and understanding what is happening on the field in the coming seconds. Separately, it is worth noting the players’ ability to fight with the body.
