The entire arsenal is available almost immediately, and the settings adjust the level of cruelty and the presence of blood. The world reacts to the antics with police raids and persecution. Almost any goal can be achieved peacefully or using anything that comes to hand, from grenades to cats. The police respond to antics, so brawls quickly turn into shootouts and pursuits. The world reacts to every prank: the police arrive when called, and ordinary passers-by run away or fight back. The game was re-released and expanded more than once, and modifications made it a platform for a variety of experiments. Individual fans still rule the city for themselves.
