Into the Radius 2 is a survival shooter designed for virtual reality. The world turned out to be chilling: the anomalous zone is full of dangers and secrets. The zone is protected by anomalies, so routes are laid according to maps and observations. In addition to creatures, there are military men and marauders in the zone. You can play alone or in a squad, and in the second case, tasks are completed together. Before a sortie, equipment is assembled manually: weapons are cleaned, cartridges are placed in pockets, and first aid kits are attached to the belt. This preparation determines whether the hero will return back. Weapons can be disassembled and assembled for a specific task. Cleaning your gun and loading magazines takes time in a safe location. Anomalies and creatures require caution, and most of the map is explored on foot. The base issues tasks, and findings help to understand what happened in the zone. Weather and time of day affect visibility. Some of the tasks involve searching for artifacts and investigating anomalies. Night forays are more dangerous than daytime ones, but their loot is higher. Weapon support, hand and inventory physics are considered the project's strengths. Updates add locations and equipment. The second part removed the unnecessary routine, but added co-op and new locations. The controls are designed for two hands, so there are enough buttons on the controllers. For those who are ready for serious training and VR, this zone is suitable. The project was released in early access, and patches correct the balance and add equipment.
