Weather conditions and lighting add variety: the same slope looks different during the day and in the evening. It’s also worth noting that the set includes a championship, free races and individual tests, each with its own conditions. Equipment and appearance are unlocked as you progress, so it makes sense to replay familiar slopes for the best result. The music is matched to the riding mood, and the design of the trails adds variety between parks and city areas. There are also control settings that help you customize the performance of tricks for yourself. Externally, the game looks exactly its age, without any complaints. But as a continuation of the Cool Boarders 2001 series, it did the main thing - it expanded the capabilities without losing the simple and understandable basis.
