Ilya Muromets and the Nightingale the Robber - Ilya Muromets sets off to deal with the Nightingale the Robber, and Alyonushka and the Prince of Kiev are going with him on the journey. Each of the three knows how to walk around locations, pick up items and chat with locals. There are no dialogues with a choice of lines, but you can exchange things with characters. The project is made in the hidden object genre: you need to examine a village, a market, an outpost, a crossroads and a ship, find the necessary things and solve puzzles of varying degrees of difficulty. Some tasks are based on attentiveness, some on intelligence. The locations are interconnected, and some of the items from one will later be useful in the other. Puzzles alternate with searches: somewhere you need to find a hidden thing, somewhere you need to assemble a mosaic. The music and voice acting repeat the mood of the cartoon, and the characters joke along the way. A separate layer consists of mini-games: log throwing, giveaway, “Chapaev”, pentomino and the local analogue of “Field of Miracles”. They are distracted both during the course of the plot and at their own request. Some of the tasks are related to village residents, and for help they give you items needed for further work, without which the path further is closed. The jokes and references in the game are not clear to everyone: very young players will not notice much, but adults will appreciate it. The duration is longer than the studio’s previous works, so it won’t be possible to complete in one evening. Some of the mini-games can be replayed separately if you want to return to your favorite pastime. You can complete the project in an evening, but it goes especially well with children. Anyone who wants to spend time doing a calm quest based on a familiar cartoon.
