Hotel Architect

Hotel Architect is a management simulator in which you take on the management of hotels and serve different clientele around the world. The dream hotel is being built from scratch. Hotels vary in class and location, and therefore in the expectations of guests. Claims have to be dealt with quickly, otherwise your reputation will suffer. The first hotel opens almost from scratch: a few rooms and a reception desk. Guests arrive faster than the staff can prepare. Zones can be planned according to your taste: somewhere there are rooms, somewhere a restaurant, and somewhere a swimming pool. Separate rooms are available for events, and the flow of guests depends on this. Employees are hired and trained, and their politeness influences reviews. Sometimes it's easier to hire more staff than to rebuild a floor. The interior is decorated with wallpaper, coverings and decor, and amenities such as elevators and service influence reviews. Guest ratings affect reputation and revenue. Floor layouts require consideration of elevators and corridors. The guest will not wait longer than expected for transport. Guest reviews are published online and this influences the flow of visitors. Clients have different needs, so layout and staff require attention. Updates add hotel types and items. Events and entertainment bring additional income. Halls and swimming pools open up new categories of visitors. The kitchen requires chefs, and the menu affects the experience. For anyone who likes to manage and arrange things, this project is suitable. The game is being released gradually, so some of the mechanics appeared later.
