Succubus Waifu

Succubus Waifu is a visual novel about newlyweds Eric and John. After the honeymoon, the couple returns to normal life, and work exhausts the husband to such an extent that the wife begins to look for a way to help him recover. The story is presented in text with illustrations and selections, and its intonation is light. In addition to the main line, there are everyday scenes, conversations and small branches, and decisions determine how the relationship will unfold. The duration is short: you can complete the story in a few evenings. The material is addressed to an adult audience, and the developers explicitly warn about this. The design is modest, the music is simple, all attention is given to the dialogues. It is also worth noting that the story is short and presented in chapters, and between scenes there are small everyday episodes that reveal the relationships of the characters better than any explanation. Saves allow you to return to forks and see another development option. All explicit content is intended for an adult audience and is explicitly stated as such. It’s also worth noting that you can read the story slowly: the chapters are short, and there are frequent saves, so you can return to the passage even after a week. Some of the scenes refer to adult content, and the developers directly warn about this. The design is modest, the music is calm, and all the weight falls on the text and illustrations. The project is niche and does not pretend to be deep, but it does its job honestly: it is a short interactive story about a couple in which one decides to support the other.
