If you invest too many resources in the army, the treasury will begin to empty: people need to be paid for their service. It’s also impossible without an army at all - opponents are just waiting for a mistake to attack and plunder the territories. The castle has enough resources and indicators: bread, apples, ore, wood, gold and nobility, which grows when the people are satisfied with the leadership. Responsibilities among peasants are distributed correctly, and the necessary materials are obtained for prosperity. New is the change of day and night, which gives more tactical options when attacking, and some units receive bonuses at different times of the day. Many protective structures have been added, and buildings closer to the city center look richer and more well-maintained. The destructibility of buildings has also been improved. The Gold edition collected all the released patches, additional campaigns with interesting conditions and changes in the map editor, which allows you to create a unique scenario for the battle.
