SANABI

SANABI is a pixel action game with retro styling and unusual locations. The action takes place in the distant future, where cybernetic prosthetics have become the norm, even for those who have not lost limbs. The style imitates old console projects: large pixels, limited palette and harsh sounds. The prosthetics are equipped with useful devices, and the main character uses a hand with a chain: it serves both as a hook for moving and as a weapon. Speed ​​and accuracy of movements are more important here than health reserves. In addition to the hook, the hero uses melee weapons and can push off surfaces. The hook clings to the ledges, so the route is built right on the go. The locations are built as vertical tests: you need to cling to ledges, fly over abysses and avoid shots in time. A mistake leads to death, but the saves are nearby. Locations are divided into chapters, and each has secrets that give additional rewards. There's a boss waiting at the end of the chapter, and it takes a few tries. In the plot, the hero returns to the affairs of the past and deals with the corporation, and the story is told in short scenes. Some bosses require memorized connections and patience. Some skirmishes are built like chase scenes, where it is important not so much to kill the enemy as to get away from him. For those who like fast platformers and dark stories, this road is suitable. Difficulty is increased by speed and number of threats, not by enemy damage. Individual tests are unlocked after completion, and time tables encourage you to repeat chapters.
