Red Dead Online

Red Dead Online is a separate network mode based on the second part of the western. There is no campaign here, but there are cooperative story missions and a shared world of the Wild West. Roles are distributed among squad members. Tasks can be short and multi-step. Updates added new professions and modes. The action takes place in 1898 in the fictional territory of the United States. The player walks or rides freely, switching between first- and third-person views. The horse requires care and food. Hunting and fishing replenish supplies. Users gather in squads or act alone. Individual events are designed for the company. Clothing affects warmth and stamina. In hot and cold weather, the hero gets tired differently. Duels and races are held between players. Victory in them brings a reward. Horse racing and hunting for legendary animals are considered separate entertainment. The world is open and responsive to player actions. There are enough PvP skirmishes and peaceful activities like hunting and fishing. Weather and time of day change the world's activities. The roads are more dangerous at night. The camp serves as a spawn point and cooking area. Progress is based on grinding: money and gold are obtained through tasks. Clothing, horses and equipment are purchased or found. There is plenty of entertainment: from shootouts to rodeos and gatherings around the fire. Shops sell clothing, weapons and supplies. Some of the things are in hiding places. Robberies and sweeps bring in large sums. For every failure there is a price to pay. Merchants stock rare goods up to a certain level. Reputation opens discounts. The world is populated by animals and gangs. There are almost no empty roads here. Some outfits are awarded for completing seasonal tasks. This mode is suitable for everyone who loves free online worlds.
