NEBULOUS: Fleet Command

NEBULOUS: Fleet Command gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in space battles between galactic fleets. The player takes on the role of a commander, controlling ships using radar and engaging in electronic warfare. Ships move in three-dimensional space, where you have to select the desired flotilla and face enemies in outer space. Military equipment carries a large number of weapons on board for different situations. The mechanics are made in the style of tactical strategies: various maneuvers are required. Kinetic and beam types of guns are installed on mother ships. The action plan is worked out before the mission, and during the battle you have to make operational decisions and react to chance or unexpected moves by the enemy. The game is completely based on combat skirmishes, there are no economic issues here. Battles are fought methodically: retreating, counterattacking and being cunning are allowed. You can control each individual unit, right down to its means of transportation, and groups of combat units are created and divided, giving each crew a separate goal. Shots from one vehicle are distributed to different targets, and cover is created for the allies. Each type of weapon has its own advantages and disadvantages. Units hide from sensors behind asteroids and gas clouds; the enemy can be blinded with a silencer or the space with possible targets can be brightened. There are no health bars: destruction depends on hits on components and armor. In the editor, ships are designed independently. This game is suitable for anyone who loves space tactics.
