NBA Street V3 is street basketball without rules and whistles, where the main thing is not the score, but entertainment. The player goes out onto the asphalt courts in teams of three and tries not just to throw the ball, but to do it effectively: from a rebound, through an opponent, or after a series of feints. The more beautiful the attack, the more points it brings. The key mechanic is “game destroyers”. If a player scores enough impressive moves, the team unlocks a special move that scores a lot of points at once and literally puts defenders on the court. It is these moments that are remembered most of all: one precise “Gamebreaker” can turn the match around in the last seconds. A career is built around your own hero: you create him, customize his appearance and skills, and then lead him from backyard tournaments to recognition on large stages. Between games, new courts, opponents and equipment are revealed, and with them the difficulty and skill requirements increase. Separately, it is worth noting that the game has an editor for its own player: appearance, style and set of tricks are configured manually. Difficulty settings affect the behavior of opponents: at high levels the computer actively uses pushes and does not allow you to calmly approach the ring. This is a rare depth for arcade basketball. In addition to the single-player mode, there are multi-player matches where pushing, dribbling and showing off is especially fun. For those who love arcade basketball with a street feel, this installment in the series is considered one of the best.
