Lego The Hobbit - Bilbo Baggins goes on a campaign with Gandalf and Thorin Oakenshield, followed by the whole company of dwarves. The plot covers the first two parts of the story, from the Shire to the Lonely Mountain. The locations are voluminous and full of little things: on the roads there are barrels, mechanisms and passages that can only be opened by a suitable hero. The difference from previous games in the series is that the world is open: you can wander around Middle-earth in a free order, and not along corridors. On the way you come across collapsed bridges, rubble and mechanisms that need to be disassembled into parts and reassembled. Side quests involve dealing with local residents and rare finds such as ancient relics. You can control a variety of heroes, and each has their own skill: some shoot with a bow, some dig up minerals, some break down obstacles. It is the combinations of abilities that open the way further. In free mode, you can return to the lands you have traversed and collect everything that you could not find during the course of the story. The levels are linked to movie sequences, including meeting the trolls and escaping elf captivity. The opponents here are large and stupid - trolls, orcs, spiders and goblins - but there are many of them in battle. You can play together on one screen, and then the puzzles are much more fun to solve. The humor is presented in the usual spirit of the series: serious scenes are broken up by falls and silent jokes. The passage takes several evenings, if you do not chase the plot and examine everything. Anyone who wants to go through a familiar story in cubes and without haste.
