Her path begins with exile and leads to ancient ruins that preserve the history of a former civilization. Hunting for mechanical animals is based on preparation: first study the habits, then choose a weapon, set traps and hit the weak point. Parts of the machines are used for crafting, and new bows, slings and equipment are assembled from them. Glaciers and hot lands require different equipment, so preparing for a hike takes as much time as the hike itself. Some episodes involve tests of endurance and accuracy. The open world consists of different lands: snowy mountains, tropical thickets, deserts and long-deserted cities. Between them there are roads and settlements where they trade, give instructions and talk about local customs. History also involves living people who have their own interests: cults, robbers, foreign researchers. Relationships with tribes affect access to trade and how the storyline turns out. The edition includes a plot addition with a separate story and new methods of movement. Certain scenes are presented as memories, and from them a picture of the death of the former world emerges.
