Forever Skies is an unusual survival game in a world after a disaster, where the player becomes the captain of an airship. There is no crew left except him, so there is enough to worry about. There is almost no food in the air, except for rare birds. Equipment breaks down, parts have to be replaced one after another. Humanity destroyed the planet with its own hands, without listening to scientists, and now the surface is covered with dust. The airship serves as both a home and a workshop. It is equipped to your liking: beds, workbenches, storage facilities are installed and cleaning systems are assembled. Some instruments need to be repaired in flight. They go down for resources, but there are dangers and poor visibility. The found parts are used for improvements. Medicine and food are consumed quickly, so forays are planned in advance. They look for resources in abandoned buildings that come across along the route. The airship is expanded and rebuilt. Weather and dust obstruct the view. Some technologies are unlocked through research. You can also play in a group. Forays are planned in advance, and the route is outlined on the map. Below there are remains of buildings and abandoned equipment. Dust storms are more dangerous than individual enemies. The workbench allows you to assemble filters and parts for systems.
