DRIFT19

DRIFT19 is a drift simulator, and this definition is key here: the game is not about speed on straight lines, but about the ability to keep the car in a skid and draw a trajectory with smoke from under the wheels. To make a beautiful turn, you need to work with the gas, steering wheel and handbrake at the same time, and the score is given by the angle, speed and accuracy of the line. The tracks are inspired by famous Japanese venues, including the legendary Mountain Road, where drifting has become part of the culture. They host championships and races where you have to compete against experienced pilots: the judges look behind the line, and the opponents do not give space. Victory here depends on consistency, and not on one successful race. The fleet consists of famous drift cars that can be customized: engine, suspension, tires and appearance - everything is customizable. Improvements significantly change the behavior of the car, so tuning becomes a separate interest, where it is important to understand what exactly you are missing. Separately, it is worth noting the scoring system: judges look at the angle, speed and accuracy of the line, so the one who consistently takes turns wins, and not the one who took a risk once. In free mode, you can practice individual combinations and then transfer them to competitions. For the drifting community, this was a rare opportunity to get a specialized simulator, and not just racing. In addition to competitions, there are free races where you can calmly practice elements and select combinations. For drifting fans who are tired of watching this sport from the outside, the DRIFT19 lets you feel it with your hands.
