Description

Attack on Titan 2 is an action-adventure game based on the famous manga. The plot repeats key events, and the player participates in them as one of the fighters. The main mechanic is movement on a flying device: the hero clings to walls and is pulled towards opponents to strike. An error in calculating the trajectory ends in a fall, so you need to get used to the movement. In addition to story battles, there is character development, equipment and allied tasks. It’s worth mentioning separately about moving on a flight device: calculating the trajectory decides everything, and you have to get used to the movement. In addition to story battles, there are tasks for allies and character development with equipment. Some missions are related to the defense of cities, where it is especially expensive to make mistakes. The game is designed for fans of the original source, although familiarity with it is not necessary. The design is recognizable, the music matches the mood, and the scale of the battles is felt due to the size of the opponents and the speed of the battle. The tasks vary in scale, and some of them require not so much strength as a route and preparation. Missions vary in scale, and in large battles, cooperation with allies is more important. Allied missions provide materials and improvements, and some of them open up new opportunities. The scale of battles is felt due to the size of the opponents and the speed of movement through the air. Familiarity with the original source is not necessary, although it will be more pleasant for fans. The project is suitable for anyone who wants to feel the dynamics of flights and battles.
