The case takes place in the distant future: the commander of the special forces "Whiskey" Joseph Turok and his squad land on a remote planet, where, according to intelligence information, the leader of a gang of mercenaries is hiding, disturbing peace and order in the galaxy. Upon arrival, it turns out that the army of thugs is accompanied by local fauna: dinosaurs of all stripes and types, as well as giant insects, walk around the world, as if straight out of the screen of Jurassic Park. The protagonist in the story is an Indian, so his arsenal smacks of exotic weapons: a powerful bow allows you to eliminate opponents silently, and with a hefty cleaver the hero easily cuts off heads and cuts his way through. There are two firearm barrels - the main and the secondary, you can change them along the way. Moreover, Turok can fire with two hands at the same time: the guns do not have to match, but each must be held with one hand - say, a shotgun is taken in the right hand, and an assault rifle or mini-grenade launcher in the left. The basis of the gameplay is shooting and quick-time events. There is no need to look for first aid kits - health is replenished automatically; There are no upgrades in any variations, and no collectibles were delivered either. The formula is simple: run and shoot, occasionally picking up ammo from the floor.
