The First Descendant

The First Descendant - humanity is on the brink, and Descendants are sent to protect it - people with unusual abilities and weapons that shoot everything they can. The opponents have come from beyond the boundaries of known space and are not going to stop. Modifications are placed on weapons and armor, changing characteristics and adding effects. This is a cooperative third-person looter shooter: you can run alone, or you can form a squad of two to four players. Each character has their own set of skills, and in battle they complement each other. Large zones are more convenient to go through with a squad, because opponents come in waves. The main occupation is forays and mining. A build is assembled from weapons and armor, to which modules are adjusted, and in battles with large bosses you have to move and heal your allies. Movement is based on speed: dashing, jumping and sliding help to evade attacks. Sometimes boss events happen in zones, and there it is especially important to correctly distribute the roles in the squad. The world consists of open zones where you can find tasks, rare resources and events. Some opponents require preparation and proper equipment, so they return to difficult missions later. Each foray ends with the collection of loot, and some of the finds will be useful later. Sometimes you come across events with rare rewards, and for them it’s worth making a detour around the map. Some of the characters are revealed as you progress through the story, and it’s worth trying to play as them separately. For those who like shooters with leveling up and don’t mind going through raids with friends.
