The commanders at the head of the detachments play a significant role: some are hot-tempered aggressors who want to quickly defeat the enemy fleet, and others know how to predict the enemy’s actions. Defense in cities relies on fortifications. The war is going on everywhere and at once, so control of individual territories becomes an actual task. To supply soldiers with weapons and provisions, it is allowed to retreat to control points. For a victorious strike, forces are reinforced by aviation or navy.
