Last Epoch

Last Epoch is an action game about adventures with deep leveling, made in a dark style. The camera is isometric, like in classic role-playing games, and the view reveals most of the environment at once. The world of Eterra consists of several eras, and the same area looks different at different times. This affects the scenery, tasks, opponents and available rewards. The campaign is designed for one player, and the action takes place in the world of Eterra with picturesque lands and dark dungeons. The world keeps many secrets, and demons and other evil spirits are encountered at every turn. Class determines basic skills, but most development comes through passive skill trees. Combinations allow you to assemble a character to suit any style: from a shooter to a sorcerer who works with curses. They offer to create a hero from scratch, choosing one of fifteen classes. Leveling up branches allow you to create your own build from skills, buffs and passive skills, so the passage is very different from character to character. Dungeons require preparation: they contain rare items and bosses for which both durability and damage are important. Some of the mechanics are related to time lines, which is noticeable compared to similar games. A separate feature is time travel: the same places look different depending on the era, and this affects tasks and opponents. Events and updates have expanded the range of skills and dungeons. Seasons and updates have added new skills and items, and the community is actively discussing builds. For those who like to count builds and explore dark corners, this game provides a lot of material.
