The modes are different, but the general logic is the same: the attack comes in waves, and the defense relies on equipped points. There is both equipment and artillery support. Over time, new equipment options open up. It is also worth noting that the sides differ markedly in equipment and capabilities, so tactics have to be changed depending on who you are playing for. The defenders prepare positions in advance, and the attackers look for approaches and use support: artillery, smoke, machine-gun points. There is also technology, although its role is auxiliary. In addition to skirmishes, the work of sappers is important: wire, explosives and fortifications decide the outcome of the assault. The game encourages discipline and punishment for running alone. For those who value positional combat and historical accuracy, the Isonzo remains a solid option. It’s also worth noting that the game also has a training mode where you can master the controls without pressure. The game is serious and not about click speed.
