Grim Dawn

Grim Dawn takes the player to the world of Cairn, which experienced a breakthrough of alien forces and plunged into dark times. Cities and settlements have turned into refuges, around which robbers, bandits, magicians and the undead roam. The world has experienced a war of the gods, and the consequences are felt in every region. The shelters became centers of trade, and each had its own rules. People did not give up and called into the world an entity capable of helping in the fight, but they have to pay for it. The hero turns out to be one of those who received unusual abilities. Two specializations form a single class, and it is better to choose the second branch wisely. Development points are not given for nothing, and errors in the build are rarely corrected. There are two classes here: their combination gives their own set of skills, so the characters turn out to be very different. A separate devotion system gives elemental bonuses and strengthens the hero. Rare items are highlighted in color, and some of them can only be obtained from bosses. Network leveling is designed to last for long hours, and the difficulty can be increased manually. Loot is based on rarity, and some items are collected into entire sets. Factions react to reputation, which affects available quests and shops. The tasks of minor characters reveal the situation and provide experience. The confrontation of forces is also felt in ordinary clashes with monsters. For those who like dark build-based RPGs, this world is perfect. Updates and additions have added new chapters, classes and items, and mods live their own lives. The community shares builds, and patches adjust the balance.
