Black Myth: Wukong

Black Myth: Wukong puts the player in the footsteps of the Chosen One as he searches for six lost relics to awaken the great Sun Wukong. The story is based on the classic novel Journey to the West: six chapters take the hero through successive biomes, and behind the ferocious appearance of each monster hides a written story - about love, hatred or greed. The combat system is based on a magical staff: rapid series of blows alternate with precise dodges, and tactics are adjusted to suit a specific enemy - spells and enhanced attacks use up the momentum accumulated in battle. The arsenal is complemented by magical vessels and artifacts that can turn a protracted battle in favor of the hero. The game world is recreated through 3D scanning: authentic ancient architecture and living landscapes are transferred to digital form, and an authentic soundtrack completes the immersion. After the final credits, a series of single duels with the most dangerous opponents opens. Detailed maps of the area help you not to miss caches and resources necessary to strengthen the hero at sacred altars. What is important to know about combat and exploration: • Three fighting stances of the staff - the style changes instantly, right in the middle of the fight. • The art of transformation - temporarily taking on the form of a monster with its special techniques. • The magic of cloning - a squad of phantom assistants is assembled from a strand of hair. • Brewing potions - collected ingredients are turned into potions at special shrines. • Trial of Legends - a series of battles with elite enemies that opens after the story. • Development - the accumulated experience is invested in a branching tree of abilities.
