The Dragoness: Command of the Flame

The Dragoness: Command of the Flame is a tactical RPG where the player takes on the role of the powerful Dragoness and embarks on an adventure through a dark fantasy world. The authors drew inspiration from the HOMM series. The gameplay combines elements of a quest and a roguelike. Capturing territories expands the Dragoness's possessions. You will have to travel through various locations, participating in turn-based battles and pumping up the abilities of both the heroine and her monster allies. The story begins with the shadows of war falling on the kingdom of the peaceful Lotherians. The dragoness calls on all remaining warriors to join forces to repel the powerful Conqueror. The last order becomes a fragile hope for the salvation of the kingdom. Artifacts strengthen the heroine in battle. Allies are found all over the world: each monster has unique abilities and skills. By winning battles, their skills are upgraded in order to repel stronger enemies. Resources are collected, unit personnel are deployed, and tactical capabilities are put to the test. The world is procedurally generated, changing the location of loot and enemies. Ancient artifacts help crush opponents. New continents are opening gradually, along with new animals, monsters and heroes. The base is improved by installing defensive towers and turrets, and the heroes develop along one of the paths. Further plot events depend on the choices made, and every action has consequences. This game is suitable for anyone who loves tactical adventures.
