This is how the campaign begins, where the hero-commander will have to gather an army and deal with a new threat. As before, the army is assembled from creatures of different races, and each has its own characteristics and weaknesses. This is a re-release with updates: new units, weapons, armor and dozens of spells have been added, and along with them - characters and artifacts that were not there before. The usual battle schemes will have to be rebuilt again. Magic is divided into schools, and some spells are unlocked through scrolls or quest rewards. The islands are connected by sea routes, so the ship and navigation are also included in preparation for the trips. Some opponents are invulnerable to conventional weapons, and then only skills help. Battles are turn-based and take place on squares: units are placed on the field, act in turns, and both the hero and his companions can influence the course. Leveling up comes through wounds, scrolls and rewards, and most of the tactics are built on this. In addition to battles, the game features island exploration, treasure hunting, trading, and quests from rulers. Some techniques only work with a certain squad composition, so fighters are selected in advance for difficult opponents. Along with new story campaigns, there are individual challenges and adventures that require an assembled squad. The project is designed for those who like to delve into characteristics and compositions, and not rush to the finale. For those who love turn-based strategies with large armies and are not in a hurry to draw conclusions from the first battles.
