Hard Truck Apocalypse: Rise Of Clans / Ex Machina: Meridian 113

The Hard Truck Apocalypse: Rise Of Clans / Ex Machina: Meridian 113 continues the story of a driver surviving in a post-disaster world. The wasteland is covered in a deadly virus, so people wear masks, and the roads are shared by gangs, traders and remnants of the military. This is where the hero's journey begins: on a truck with weapons, he makes a living, fulfilling orders and fighting off those who want to take the cargo. The game combines three genres: car simulator, action and role-playing game. A vehicle is both a vehicle and a combat unit, so it is upgraded as carefully as a character: the engine, armor, tires and weapons change the style of play. As the story progresses, the hero joins a clan, and this affects the available tasks and the attitude of others. Fights take place on the roads and in ambushes: opponents chase, flank and shoot from different distances, so it is important not only to hit, but also to choose the right position. The world is divided into regions with different conditions, where the roads are more dangerous or calmer. Separately, it is worth noting that the game allows you to repair and upgrade your vehicle in workshops: without investment, the truck quickly loses its combat effectiveness. Trading and escorting caravans allow you to earn money in alternative ways, not just completing the plot. For an action RPG with wheels, this is a rare freedom. The project is valued for its atmosphere and rare combination of genres: here you really need to tinker with the car, and not just shoot. For fans of the post-apocalypse, this is one of the most original representatives in the post-Soviet space.
