Ataegina - the hero studies magic in a fantasy world where factions are at war with each other, and other races are trying to come to an agreement. He researches and practices witchcraft, influencing the environment and local creatures. Exploration of the world is encouraged: rare books and reagents can be found in distant places. In addition to rituals, the hero studies herbs and potions, and this is also part of his practice. This is an interactive novel: conversations, choices and consequences. In dialogues with interlocutors, lines are selected manually, and this determines how the story will turn out and how it will end. Dialogues take up most of the time, and some conclusions are drawn from the intonation of the interlocutor. Some locations are closed to a certain level of knowledge, so you have to constantly study. Magic here is presented as a craft: ancient spells, runes and rituals allow you to change space. Some of them are studied during the course of the plot, some are hidden in distant locations. Some characters are wary of the hero, and trust has to be earned. The atmosphere balances between magic and darkness: the dark side creeps up from alleys and old dungeons. In addition to the main line, there are acquaintances with girls, and their stories are revealed separately. Magical abilities are revealed gradually, and some rituals require preparation. In addition to dating, the hero is engaged in research, and some of the discoveries affect the available spells. Relationships with interlocutors follow a separate line and affect the available scenes. For those who like branching stories about magicians and don’t mind often choosing between different interlocutors.
